Your LEGO Serious Play Training Options
There are two days of of hands-on, minds-on, hearts-in training to take the step from self-taught Explorer to Certified Practitioner or Certified Facilitator of LEGO Serious Play. Taking the course one day at a time gives you training and certification as a Practitioner, and the full two days equips you as a Certified Facilitator of LEGO Serious Play.
Day 1: Foundations & Application
The first day of the course functions as a stand-alone training to give you all the grounding you’d need to cover the Foundations of the LSP Method. It empowers you with all of the technique and design considerations you’ll need to tackle most of the situations you’ll find if you want to integrate LEGO Serious Play into your work. At the end of this day, you’re a Certified Practitioner of LEGO Serious Play.

- How to introduce the LSP process to participants and conduct their first build
- How to facilitate Individual Model builds
- How to facilitate Landscape Model activities
- How to wrap up a session and extract helpful conclusions
- Questioncraft and how to design a LSP session for your participants
- How to curate and manage your LSP Facilitator’s LEGO kits
Day 2: Advanced Techniques & Integration
The second day builds in training and experience with the more advanced techniques in the method, takes a deeper dive into the design of a LEGO Serious Play experience, and looks at how to approach integrating it into an organisation or a business. Full training will give you the full flexibility to design bigger, more complex experiences, if that’s what you need.
